Sudden onset chest pain – difficulty breathing – stroke/sudden vision, speech loss – fitting – floppy child/unusually drowsy – severe bleeding – severe reaction – lip/tongue swelling – unconscious.

Breathing difficulties – unable to complete sentence
Breathing pain – known cardiac disease and SOB
New onset facial or limb weakness
Sudden loss of function – speech or use of limb
Chest pain – known heart disease
Collapse with loss of consciousness
Seizure – first
